Founded in 2005 by Josh Cotner, a former contractor who understood the insurance challenges facing the construction industry. After years of struggling to find proper coverage for his own contracting business, Josh decided to become an insurance agent specializing in contractor insurance.

What started as a mission to help fellow contractors get the right coverage has grown into one of the most trusted contractor insurance agencies in the nation. We're licensed in 50 States and work exclusively with A+ rated insurance carriers to ensure our clients get the best protection.
